Welcome to Online English 99/101
We will be examining and analyzing Code Switching for the next couple of weeks. As we do so, I will include videos, assignments, and readings for you here. You can work in this class asynchronously; that is, each of you can complete the work individually at times during the day that work for you.
I understand that many of you take care of your children, parents, and other loved ones. I also realize that some of you suddenly have become “home school teachers” yourselves.
That said, you will still need to hand assignments in on time. Basically, you will have In-Class assignments, which will be those things we would have done together in class. These assignments will be due any time before midnight on Mondays/Wednesdays. I will schedule Homework assignments (grammar work, research assignments, papers) to be due by midnight on Fridays.
